The cover of Mer-Cer by Reva LeNasó: a woman's silhouette split down the middle over the New York skyline, gray on one side and teal on the other.

A blizzard, a shared suite, and the one man she swore she was finished with.

Attorney Sloane Mercer is snowed into a Manhattan hotel with Rook Callahan, the investigative reporter she walked away from five years ago. He’s been inside the case she’s building for a year, and what he’s found runs deeper than fraud.

The closer she gets to the truth, the less certain she is of what she can trust, including her own mind.

Author Reva LeNasó in a white blazer and plum blouse against a dark background.

Reva LeNasó spent more than twenty years in college classrooms teaching sociology and criminology, with research centered on deviant behavior, family dynamics, and social inequality. Put more plainly, she spent two decades studying why people cross lines they swore they never would, what families teach their children to ignore, and who gets protected when the truth comes out.
